Two weeks ago we spent the weekend with good friends at the Beach in Oak Island, NC. It was my first trip to a North Carolina beach and it was Ellen's FIRST EVER beach trip. She was NOT fond of the beach, nor of the ocean.
It was really nice to get away, although I wish it could have been for longer. Special thanks to Mandy and her parents for shacking us up in their beach house for the weekend!
